Project Objectives
To restore degraded urban land in Accra by creating 4 community green spaces that improve air quality, reduce urban heat, and provide safe recreational areas for over 10,000 residents in high-density neighbourhoods.
Project Goals
Identify and secure 4 land sites by end of July 2026 • Plant 2,000 trees and 5,000 ground cover plants • Engage 300 community volunteers in planting days • Establish a community maintenance team for each site
