To bridge the gender gap in Rwanda's growing tech sector by providing 200 young women with 6-month structured coding bootcamps, mentorship from industry professionals, and direct pathways to employment or entrepreneurship in digital industries.

Recruit and enrol 200 women aged 18–30 • Deliver 6-month full-stack web development curriculum • Connect 150 graduates with tech companies or startup incubators • Achieve 60% employment or self-employment rate within 3 months of graduation
