  What if YDoS organised quarterly regional showcases where project leads present their impact to the wider community?
  
  This could work as:
  – A virtual event streamed live
  – Winners get featured on the homepage
  – Judges include past project leads and YDoS alumni
  
  Would love to hear if others think this is worth proposing to the team.
