YDoS is LEADERSHIP IN ACTION!

YDoS is Leadership in Action

The Youth Day of Service (YDoS) is a flagship initiative of LEAP Africa—an annual, Pan-African youth-led social impact campaign that kicks off every August 12 in alignment with the UN International Youth Day.

Conceived and driven by LEAP Africa, YDoS is designed to spark the agency, creativity, and commitment of young Africans toward community transformation through volunteerism. With the rallying call "Youthful and Useful," the campaign empowers young people to take the lead in shaping the future of their communities through bold, locally driven acts of service and impact.
