One challenge I’ve noticed is that many SDG project formats are designed by adults, for adults. Young people engage differently — they want faster feedback, peer recognition, and visible impact.

What ideas do you have for redesigning project structures to be more appealing and accessible to youth aged 16–25?

I’ll start: what if every project had a “Youth Co-Lead” role alongside the Project Lead?
